Brook pool fishing lodge

We are excited to announce that we are due to start construction of our new luxury lodge in July 24 with completion expected by December 24.
The final construction will be of a Suffolk brick plinth and live edge timber cladding finished with a black slate roof, bifold doors and a large outdoor covered decking area.

The lake side lodge will be equipped with living area with big screen TV, central log burner, large dining area, super fast internet connection, toilet and shower.

The lodge is exclusive to Brook Pool lake booking and will be included as part of the package.

Formally part of the Barham Lakes syndicate, Brook Pool is a beautiful 8acre tree and reed lined gravel pit with one island and an abundance of outrageous underwater features.
There are depths down to 16ft but an average depth of around 8ft.
Brook Pools stock is one of mystery, we know there are some incredible old Gipping valley carp in excess of 30lb along with carp introduced over the last decade from Deben Valley, VS and from our own on site stocking program.
The stock consists of around 150 carp to high 30s and with the incredible growth rates on the complex surly its only a matter of time before one of these fish tip the scales to 40lb and with some real targets in the form of Freddy, Big Scale, Split Tail, Aarons and up scale lin.

As of April 2023 Brook Pool is available on an exclusive carp lake hire booking basis.

Maximum anglers per booking is 8 with 10 swims available, 8 swims are situated close to one another making it perfect for socials leaving 2 pegs on the other side of the lake.

There is a lovely local Pub/Restaurant, Co-op, Bakery and Tackle Shop all within walking distance.

Please note there is a train track on one side of the lake.

Lake booking requires a 25% (£100) non refundable deposit with the remaining amount to be paid on your day of arrival.

Bookings can be made a maximum of 18 months in advance with a 30% deposit. Full payment must be received 8 weeks in advance of the booking date.
